Booked in advance to have us picked up at MCO. They did not show. It was a Sunday morning. I called the number 5 times and left messages but nobody called back. I finally just booked an Uber and it was there within 5 minutes. I did call them back on Monday and did get a hold of somebody. I did receive a full refund.

Dispatch is an assssshole. The driver was cool. But our ride showed up 50 minutes late and the dispatch started yelling at me blaming me saying I was late and wasn’t outside but me and my family were outside waiting 10 mins early. I asked if we could get some money back cause they were 50 minutes late and he got angry with me. Don’t suggest this service at all. And if Dispatch reads this wipe your phucking assss stupid bichhh tryna ruin our vacation!!!! ZERO STARS
