We arrived 90 minutes before our scheduled pick-up and we were accommodated without any problems. Carlos our driver was great. Overall a nice experience.

Absolutely terrible. Please avoid. Do not book this company. We were not allowed to board our flight and therefore had to cancel our hire only 2 hours after booking. They still took all the money and promised to refund but still haven’t. Now they are no longer replying to emails. They are very pushy when booking and I don’t think they have the vehicles available that we wanted instead he changed the vehicle to something. Very disappointed
