Wow worth the cost.No issues meeting driver and getting to hotel.Welcome bottle of water and friendly courteous driver were 5 stars plus. He gave a heads up on places of interest to visit and also pointed out sites on drive to hotel. Would highly recommend and will use again when go back in future.

The ride in itself was good. What I can't understand is the lack of information in Viator's receipt. It's an airport shuttle but neither the site nor the receipt gives you a clue of how and where to meet the driver. Arriving at San Francisco airport, my cell phone wouldn't work - as often happens when your roaming. So I couldn't call the phone they provided. I had to find a public phone and then make the call. Everything went ok at the end, but I don't understand why they couldn't be more specific about the details, since you provide all the details about your flight. But worse of all: there is no way whatsoever to contact Viator. No phone, no e-mail, only a page in Facebook which is obviously not read.

Very efficient and no delays with pick up. Quick phone call made when the flight arrived in San Francisco and instructions and meeting point arrangements all worked well.
