Arrived late as flight diverted to Portland due to medical emergency then took 2 hours to clear immigration. Driver picked us up quite quickly but transferred us to an ordinary cab half way to our hotel as he had another pickup at the airport. Traffic had got busier and he didn't think he'd get back in time if he took us all the way to our hotel. As delays of one sort or another must be quite common at airports I didn't really find this acceptable and it spoiled the start of our trip.

I’m sorry, we did not make you happy this time, because it is big change on your arrival flight,it was a busy day also busy time of the day sometime we don’t have a driver available on last minute changes, your flight arrive different city for emergency also when you arrive at the San Francisco airport you took more than two hours to get ready that’s why we have to change the car way to the hotel, sorry again,and thank you

Gentleman picking us up went to wrong area in airport and tried to blame me for being late. It was resolved after a few phone calls but it meant that we had to share our private pick up with another couple. Not the best start to our holiday...
