We called last minute to see about renting a raft on Sunday, and Sean was very accommodating and able to squeeze us in for a Sunday float. When we got to the trailer Sunday morning, Steve had us lined out and ready to go. They were taking as many coronavirus precautions as possible, and seated us on the shuttles accordingly. All the equipment we rented was in great shape. The canyon was beautiful, the water cool, and the air hot. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better day. We'll definitely be going back!

I showed up for my appointment time and there was no where to park. The person ā€œdirectingā€ traffic was no help at all. Cars driving every which way, no organization whatsoever. Then I get to the check in shack. No social distancing, no masks, no organization. I asked to pick up the water socks I ordered online and the girl tells me they only have whatā€™s in the box; 3 pair of used, wet and muddy booties. I had to get a refund. Then the girl tells me ā€œya just go back there for a life vestā€ and points somewhere. I go to the life vest area and itā€™s a bunch of random vests slung over a clothes line. No one there to help, no size organization, no one sanitizing anything! Then we are supposed to know that you can just get on any bus. No one tells you anything. We stood around panicking thinking we were missing our assigned bus! No organization whatsoever. They definitely overbooked!! Weā€™ll all probably have Covid after this fiasco. I should have just left, but I didnā€™t want to hassle a refund. The 15 year olds I was with said this is NOT what they expected. Wonā€™t be doing this again anytime soon. Too bad, the river is beautiful.

We had a great afternoon. The water was freezing but the air was hot. It was easy to get our wristbands, get on the bus and quick transfer to tubes and the river. We had 4 kids and 3 adults. All were happy.
