This review is about the service. The drivers were lovely, and told us they have issues with dispatch. BUT. We ordered the shuttle to pick us up from the airport to take us to the hotel, and then the return trip. Both times really late (close to an hour) and when we called to check the response was rude and didn’t actually help us out. I wouldn’t use this service again, it was very stressful both after a long flight with tired kids and at the other end worrying that we might miss our plane - luckily we had a big time buffer.

We scheduled our transfer from LAX to Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Mohammad was our driver. Even with a flight delay and a long time getting our baggage, we only had to text to let him know we were ready for pickup and he was there within a few short minutes. LAX was very busy on 5/1 but he was able to navigate us out to our resort quickly and was very helpful with some hints for our trip. The SUV we requested was clean, comfortable and bottled water was available to us. Mohammad made us feel welcome and we would request him again when we visit the LA area again.
