I must say I was somewhat apprehensive about using this service, but I have no complaints. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the driver coming a little later than he said he would arrive. However when he did arrive, service was great. He was friendly, he picked up my luggage. He asked did I need to make any additional stops. He was knowledgeable about the area I was staying in & informed me on nearby restaurants. I think my driver name was Eric! I just want to say I had a good experience with this shuttle service. It was a little expensive, but 100% worth it! I will definitely use again.

This was about at horrid as you can get. We received call while still on plane. Then they left. Why would they think we would be at pick up exactly at the arrival time? Then when shuttle did arrive the vehicle broke down as we were to enter the freeway. You would expect immediate rescue! Instead driver was confused and didn’t even put on hazards. Several calls to dispatch and arrival of police we had a nasty trash filled minivan arrive 40 minutes after initial stranding. I called again to say we would only use this to get to the closest safe location to call an Uber. Only then did a decent (safe) car arrive. Even then the driver did not listen when we said you entered the wrong hotel in gps. Instead “I know, I know”. We had to redirect when he wanted to take wrong turn. Decided (foolishly) to use for return to LAX. The car rattled, the driver tried to drop off at other location to save time. Very obvious more interested in next fair instead of us. Never have I had worse service in my life. #Costco your package connected us to this service and I will be talking to you.
