Our group of eight people (ages 64 - 88) had two days in Kauai while cruising on the Pride of America. We wanted to see as much of the island and its attractions as possible while avoiding the big bus tours that herd you like cattle. We chose to spend one of the days with Kauai Island Tours and this was an excellent choice. We did the Waimea Canyon Tour with John as our guide. John did a wonderful job showing us the island's attractions while sharing good information about the history and culture of Hawaii. He was very accommodating and treated us like friends, not just tour customers. The day was jam-packed (9 hours) and well planned. If you look at the cost of one of the big bus tours versus a private tour your decision should be a "no-brainer". The tour with John was an exceptional value.

John our tour guide and driver was great. Booking and confirmation were easy. John has tons of knowledge of the island and how / where to get the best pictures, tastes of Kauai, and views. Totally amazing full day tour!

Such an awesome tour, John our guide was so informative and friendly. All the place's we went to were perfect and we had an amazing experience while visiting them all .Even took us to a couple of places only the locals know about. I would totally recommend this tour and would love to do it again.
