This private tour takes 2½ hours. You'd barely notice the time as it's less walking and more fun facts and conversation so you never get tired or bored. The tour goes through all of the Downtown San Francisco: Chinatown, Financial District (there be buried ships!), Embarcadero. We talk City's history, the Gold Rush, influential women, buried ships under the buildings, current affairs, tips and tricks to the city and many many more!

Filip was absolutely amazing! Im new to living in the city and his tips of things to see and do included some not so public hidden gems. His historical knowledge of the city was also on point. Highly recommended tour. Tip him generously as the tour was amazing!!!!

Jose's tour was so interesting and fun! I lived in SF in 1977 and 1978 and have returned several times since then. Our group of four learned so much about the history of SF and the Financial District. Philippe, the owner of The Free SF Tour accompanied us and we got a chance to talk with him about Northern Macedonia and Lake Ohrid which is incredibly beautiful. I highly recommend this tour company!
