This private tour takes 2½ hours. You'd barely notice the time as it's less walking and more fun facts and conversation so you never get tired or bored. The tour goes through all of the Downtown San Francisco: Chinatown, Financial District (there be buried ships!), Embarcadero. We talk City's history, the Gold Rush, influential women, buried ships under the buildings, current affairs, tips and tricks to the city and many many more!

We loved this walking tour hosted by Jose! Lasting for 2hrs 30 mins walking around different locations in San Francisco, a very informative and interesting way to find out about the history of the city.

I had a wonderful experience with the tour. It happened that only me showed up (something quite unusual for this tour, as far as I know) and even having , Jose (the tour guide), explained that in that case the tour would be shorter we ended up staying even longer. I really like how detailed the information was and I especially liked the history about Chinatown. I think it was the best walking tour that I have ever had. I totally recommend it.

My husband and I had the pleasure of a free walking tour in San Francisco with “Free SF Tour”. Our guide, Jose, took our group through places of historic interest such as China Town and sight of Ship Niantic. He told us lots of amazing stories and took us to hidden places that offered incredible vistas. We did the afternoon one, which finished in Embarcadero. After the tour we enjoyed the most beautiful sunset with a walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. It really made my day!
