Great tour. Driver was on time and very kind and courteous. Car was comfortable and clean. We visited barboursville, keswick, and Jefferson vineyards. Would recommend tour.

We had to cancel. We scheduled to be picked up @ the hotel and the reservation was changed to be picked up @ another location.

Change of location is not an issue, sometimes we do have difficulties to accommodate a last minute booking for the next day, sometimes it is good to contact your supplier immediately after booking to have a common understanding. Anyway we offer the best to our customers so don't let one person to make us look bad. come and prove them wrong

We had a group of 5 that did this tour and we had a great time! Williams picked us up at our desired time and was flexible with the amount of time we wanted to spend at each place, which was perfect! Williams was great!
