First time taking the ferry. Smooth and well-organized. Reasonable price. Iāll never drive to the Cape again!

The booking of the ticket for a one way ride on the website was painful and difficult to say the least and finally had to resort to calling your customer service line to ultimately have them book the ticket. Then they said my credit card was being denied because I had tried too many times to purchase the ticket myself on line; I had to argue with them to purchase the ticket because they said I needed to wait 24 hours before trying again with my credit card. They finally processed the ticket purchase but when I showed up to the ferry they had no record of my ticket; had I not taken a picture of my confirmation I would have been screwed.

You guys scammed me and I require an immediate refund. I needed a ride on the 5:30 boat from Boston TO Provincetown for a very important evening. I was about to buy online from the ferry company itself but I got a pop-up saying "there's a slightly cheaper way to buy a 5:30pm ferry ticket through Viator". So I bought it. It was not clear that the boat was going the other way. My email receipt and the click through to the ticket contained NO information about the address of the departing pier, the name of the ferry company, the name of the boat, nor what direction the boat was going - just the time and "Boston/Provincetown Ferry". I tried to use your interactive chat and explained my situation - no answer. It ruined my vacation plans as that was the last boat of the day. I had to train back home and buy another ticket the next day. I am requesting a full refund (and reimbursing me for all my other resulting transportation expenses would be nice, but I'll settle for the just the cost of the ticket) and I WILL pursue this from Viator noisily and document this whole interaction and post it publicly until I get it. I have been scammed by you, and you will not get away with it. Thank you. Patrick Hayden, 781-697-7335. [email protected]
