Super easy experience with a lot of room to spread out unlike other very crowded ferries. Nice way to end our trip.

Fast, reliable ferry service and comfortable seating. Would appreciate equally fast and reliable WiFi.

After taking Viator from Boston to Provincetown (the boat was late leaving, but they seemed apologetic and it was not a big deal for me). My problem was yesterday when I booked what I thought was a return trip from Provincetown to Boston. As I read in other views the website does not make this very clear and the company Viator purchases the tickets and resells from authorized for Viator to rebook me on the correct Ferry- they had plenty of room. The woman authorizing the change sat with me on hood for 38 minutes before the representative from Viator hung up on us. (For me this was the 3rd phone call where I was hung up on after being left on hold). It would have been very easy to do the right thing and have a happy customer. Viator chose not to and that was the last time I will use them. Greed = bad Karma.
