I needed to shuttle my teen daughter to Provincetown with friends. The Ferry was simple, staff professional & friendly and boat was very clean. Eased all of my concerns to get her there!

Unfortunately, the ferry was having mechanical problems and our trip too 3+ hours each way. The people working on the boat were very apologetic and friendly - however, I do feel they should have given out vouchers for people for another trip in the future. With a day trip to Provincetown, adding 3 hours to travel is significant and tiring. And the price of a fast ferry is double that of a regular ferry.

Our confirmation email said nothing about long wharf. Even on the ticket it doesnā€™t specify. On the website it is very hard to find where exactly the ferry leaves from. Not being from Boston I didnā€™t know there were numerous wharfs. We took the orange line to find rowes wharf only to find out we had to go long wharf. On the website it only says ā€œOrange Line to the State stop.ā€ But itā€™s not clear from there even where long wharf is on foot. If things were more clear it may be easier. As a result we missed the ferry. This even after I call a viator rep.
