I had to pay twice because you messed up my booking completely, so much so that I am unlikely to book with Viator again.
I've used for many bookings in the last year. But today I felt I needed to cancel pending bookings I had for end December worth more than £380..

Book directly with local provider instead of Viator. Visitor customer service is useless. They made mistake on reservation and refused to make change or refund. Local provider said they would make change if it wasnāt booked through third party. The actual ferry ride was nice.

Wouldnāt do the dune tour unless you get to see the lake we were not able to see it because there were some rare birds and residual storm issues
