Vouchers are redeemed at the tour entrance located on 51st Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th). During the Christmas Spectacular season, the tour entrance moves to the Executive Entrance located on 50th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues (closer to 6th)

Last minute decision to take this tour and it was worth it. We did not book in advance and got on the last tour of the day at 5pm in a very small group.Our tour guide was super funny and very professional. It was very interesting to hear about the "back story" about different parts of this historic theater. Seeing the back of house and elevators and inter workings of the theater was cool.. It is remarkable how huge it is inside. IT WAS a huge disappointment to not get to go on or see the actual stage from up close. We literally only saw it from the very back row of the very top level. It felt like the entire tour was leading up to seeing or going on the stage andwe just kept waiting to go the stage but it never happened. - Bummer- It was interesting to meet an actual Rockett but she seemed to be ready to "go home" If your a theater person I would recommend, if not it might not be your thing. Full disclosure we used a city pass for entrance and I'm not sure what the tour cost in cash but I might not have gone had I paid out of pocket.

Loved the tour! Our guide was Declan. He not only gave a great tour but was personable with each of us,asking where we were from. (All the way from Louisiana). We had a blast and totally recommend seeing a part of history.

LOVED THE ROCKETTES. THE TOUR NOT SO MUCH. Want my money and time back. RCMH "owes" me a "freebie...." there is almost NOTHING here you can't see or do or your own...including a BETTER photo with a Rockette in SEASONAL costume, vs. the GENERIC photo and GENERIC backdrop included in this tour.... despite arranging well in advance, and despite questions/ protests to the contrary...i was placed in a time slot immediately before my show time... we were rushed through and along with several others actually kicked off the tour well before the end of it, so that we could make our show...we did NOT get the FULL tour we PAID for.... this tour is NOT focused on YOU, the consumer. it is focused on task management and taking money from you, the consumer. bums on seats and moving the meat (you). read and heed, caveat emptor, and arrange your rockette experience accordingly.
