Crazy day in Scottsdale. Scheduled to rappel Tom's Thumb, but mother nature had other plans, snow! I won't negatively rate Scottsdale Rappelling Adventures for the unfortunate change in plans. Bob showed up and was ready to go, however, you can rappel in the rain, but NOT in the snow! SRA was very communicative and disappointed for us and is going to refund our payment. We will definitely schedule this next time we are in the Scottsdale area!

Jose was exceptional! We got a private adventure with the best guide imaginable! Very personable and welcoming. We felt very safe on our first rappelling adventure. Jose helped us learn how to complete all steps safely. He provides water and snacks. Definitely an enjoyable adventure. We will book with him again.

My review will say the same as the others - a half day with Jose was perfect. We arranged a pick up from the hotel with him to make it super easy on our part. Rappelling was a blast - and not difficult - but a new experience. He was a great guide and just fun to talk to and very accommodating. The landscape was beautiful too. Any of the adventures with Jose I’m sure would not disappoint!
