Donā€™t waste your money. Guide did not know where horses were. Drive off road to very bumpy area. Horses were miles away! We could have used our own car to do this.

IM SORRY BUT I HAVE TO BE A BIT SARCASTIC ON THISšŸ¤¦šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø Hi Robert, Iā€™m so sorry that the horses werenā€™t where we told them to be.That wildlife needs to be taught better I guess. And sure tell people to drive their vehicles off roading on very bumpy roads.Thatā€™ll be great to tell a bunch of people to drive off road in their personal vehicles over a 113,000 acre area and theyā€™ll get stuck without phone signal. OMG!

Sorry for the late review. Camped in Yellowstone so we didnā€™t have any service. But took a morning tour of the Mustangs on the 23 of May. Iā€™m not the kind of person that does reviews very often but this tour was Great. I got to see three different herds or Bands as our Guide explained. It was amazing to see wild horses for the first time. Our guide Showed up wearing a black cowboy hat that just add to the presentation of the tour the young man gave so much information I felt like my head was going to burst. We saw two horses close to the road but for our safety (our guide told us we had to stay 300 feet away from them) since we were closer than that, we stayed in the van and drove by slow. I got good pictures as you can see. The when we were far enough away we stopped and got out. I was glad to hear that the horses were left alone for the most part to be as wild as they possibly could be. Only thing That could have been better is the van was old and falling apart. But I would definitely would go again.

Yes our van are about 7-8 years old and get a lot of wear and tear out there over the dirt roads and driving through the creeks.Iā€™m glad that you had a good tour and you liked the guide.Unfortunately itā€™s difficult to put brand new vehicles out doing off roading on safari.Unfortunately the vehicles that go out there have to be a bit rough and tough but thatā€™s part of the charm of doing a Wild West safari. Thank you for taking the time to write in.I appreciate your feedback.

The guide was not very knowledgeable about the horses. He had to change a tire on the vehicle while we were Viewing the horses. Hey crowded too many people into the Van. There were enough seatbelts but 3 of the ladies were overweight so it was crowded.

Due to nation wide staffing shortages we have had to readjust our tours over the summer of 2021.We really appreciate guests patience with the chaos that we encountered. We have new practices in place for the 2022 season.Since 1972 we have been the premier tour company in Cody Wyoming but 2021 was a very difficult year.We are hoping to brush 2021 off the books and move forward into a great 2022.
