My family rented 2 adult bikes, 1 kids bike, and a "tag-along" that attached a kid sized bike to our adult one. The bikes were well maintained and pick up was easy. But the most outstanding part of our experience was the staff. While in Central Park my son had a significant injury. We had to walk him and our bikes to a nearby ER room. I had no idea how I would return our bikes. When I called, they told me not to worry and they sent someone with a small trailer to pick them up. They also returned my license (security deposit). It was such a relief to not have to deal with that when we were already dealing with a medical emergency. Thank you!

Volcán is a nice person and showed us nice places. It was much fun and we enjoyed very much. Bikes are nice as well
