Doug led a great tour! We took friends from out of town and even as a Richmonder, I learned quite a few new things. The walking was not difficult and there were stops to rest if needed. I appreciate the history of our city even more now.

He forgot the earbuds. So, sometimes we had trouble hearing him over the traffic noise. Otherwise, Doug did an Outstanding job.
