What To Expect

American Civil War Museum- Historic Tredegar

We will not go into this museum, but we will go past it and talk about it! It is a fantastic museum for all interested in learning more about the Civil War

Canal Walk

Where Richmond started! We will ride a bit on the Canal Walk over to Brown's Island on our Landmark Segway tours!

Virginia State Capitol

Explore the grounds of the Virginia State Capitol. Here we will talk about George and Martha Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Barbara Johns, and many other Richmond notables!

My parents were visiting Richmond for the first time and we figured this would be a fun way to explore the city. It was a fun learning experience and the segways made for a fun, unique and memorable day!

We had a great time on our Segway tour of Nice! We saw a little bit inside the old city, and then spent some time on the promenade. We went up to the top of Castle Hill and got to take in some of the views up there, including the waterfall. Cyril was a great guide. My only suggestion would be to allow for more time at the top of Castle Hill so we could explore a little bit more.

The staff was super accommodating when I accidentally booked on the wrong day with only 24hr notice. Our guide Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, fun and resourceful. If you haven’t Segwayed before it’s real easy to learn, a bit intimidating at first but don’t let that discourage you. It was a great way to see the city, learn some history and try something new. I highly recommend.
