Encountering any class 3 rapids along the way was great. Water level was a little low but still great.

We had a great time. Cristos was great guide and was very knowledgeable about the river and answered our questions. We would highly recommend this raft trip to others.

My husband and I went on a full-day trip with them in solo inflatable kayaks during our honeymoon. We were with one other guest and two guides. The day went very smoothly, and it was incredible to be able to raft on the longest free-flowing river in the United States. One of our guides, Gabe, gave us some insight into the perils facing Idaho's rivers today. I learned a lot from him. The inflatable kayak trips are definitely not for the faint of heart, as you are paddling your own kayak into large rapids and if you have never done it before, you have to be able to learn quickly and be okay with going swimming. It is certainly very challenging. My kayak flipped over twice while I was in rapids, and both times the guides were quite helpful in getting me back in the raft with all of my equipment. I am glad that we had such a small group, because I really enjoyed the one-on-one attention that we received. The only thing that would have made our trip better is if our lead kayak guide would have spoken louder and been more clear before we headed into giant rapids. Other than that, this is an experience that I will never forget!!

Great to hear you enjoyed your day on the Salmon River. Inflatable kayaking is our core specialty so it is always fun to hear people enjoy the adventure in the way we hope the do and also great to hear you learned about our river and area from Gabe. Congrats on your new marriage and I hope we see you again, possibly on a longer trip, for an anniversary.
