Course was not that challenging at all otherwise we had fun. Meeting location was easy to find. Recommendations on attire should be given to participants ahead of time.

Our guide, Brian, was awesome! He had great knowledge of the area, very personable, and very good at his job. The trip was loads of fun, definitely would do it again!

We signed up for Taos Box but due to low water on the river that day (which makes rafting more dangerous) they switched us over to Lower Gorge. Our guide Brian was great. Very experienced and safety oriented and he was a wealth of information on the geology and history of the canyon, including pointing out some of the huge boulders that had cascaded into the river in the storms of 1991. We missed out on the class 4 rapids of Taos Box but there were still plenty of fun class 2 and 3 rapids and The scenery was beautiful so we were very happy. Food was very satisfactory with freshly assembled potato salad and a big spread for sandwiches including deli meats, tomato, lettuce and condiments.
