Fantastic way to see the city! The tour guides (BC and Denise) were top notch. BC's commentary during the tour was amazing! Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. I would highly recommend:)

They detour their several stops and those cannot be accessed. The speakers on the top of the bus did not work and advised to sit towards the front but could no hear in that location either. Due to detours, several stops are mere feet away from each other. Horrible experience. Only rode bus 1 day and 1 time. Better off just walking around downtown.

We were very disappointed in our tour experience. We had planned to buy from another company, however, our hotel offered us $10 family coupons or $4 per person and gave us enough for our party of 4. When we arrived, Denise told us we had to have 8 people to use the $10. So we used the $4 per person. When we reviewed our receipt, we realized it did not honor the $4 per person. We asked for a refund and had to go to their office where they would only refund a total if $8.00 for the four if us. We should have bought online. It would have been cheaper. Also, beware some buses play much more of the narrative. Our three buses had totally different experiences. On a positive note, our stop at the Pearl was great.
