Overall great experience. Tour stops on/off were timely. Drivers provided good narration and ad libs. Denise at the ticket station was outstanding. Clearly cared about the customer's interests and offered great suggestions and recommendations. Seemed very in tune with the customer than just selling a ticket - a great company ambassador! Was disappointed with the impact of extensive construction along the tour impeding some of the sites but that's on the city and not reflective of this tour company.

Going to the Pearl complex, Riverwalk & Alamo. First time visitors to San Antonio and this was a good way to see the city.
