It was hot the 3 days we used our passes. The busses were in deplorable condition - i.e. ventilation system was broken and airflow was iinconsistent and could not keep the bus cool. It was so hot, my friend got sick. You couldn't see out of the windows on one bus. The drivers were pleasant, but the busses need to be repaired. The cruise was great. We went in the early evening. The transportation aspect of this pass was good, but the heat made it unpleasant, so we ended up taking some Ubers.

We took the 3 or 4 day pass because it's much easier to leave your car in 1 lot and then travel by hop on hop off. It was very hot (106 degrees) - and the buses were generally warm, but it's very hard when it's so hot! This was bad planning on our part! Driver T.C. was a lot of fun - he knew a lot of information!

My husband and I were in town for our 2 yr wedding anniversary and decided to purchase tickets for the hop on hop off tour bus. Our tour guide/driver was Robert B and he was awesome. He was knowledgeable of his route, told a few jokes, and was very friendly! His assistant was krystal Litel. She was also very friendly, stayed busy cleaning and checked on the upper deck several times during the route. We are hoping to catch them again today!
