Road to Hana Private Jungle Tour

Overview
A fun day of driving through, and playing in, the tropical rainforest. See and possibly swim in waterfalls, explore lava tube caves, enjoy the black sand beach and more. Our tours are completely private and exclusive. It's just your group and your guide in one of our fully licensed and insured tour vehicles. You have the option throughout the day to "stay and play" or move on to the next spot. You also get to choose where to have lunch. In that way, you get to customize the day to your interests and abilities. Unlike the "big box" tours, our guides are active guides. They will accompany you into the waterfalls, if you want to swim, the caves, along the beaches etc. We teach the geology of the volcanic Islands themselves, the History of the Hawaiian People and the Flora and Fauna. This is a private, customizable experience.

Brian and fiorella were AWESOME. I mean beyond amazing. Brian explained everything from ancient man to tactonic plates to captain James Cooke in the most exiting and alive way. Everyone loved it. My kids are age 6-age 18 and he had everyone listening with bated breath. He took us to some awesome places that were empty and when we saw some of the more popular touristy places that were so crowded and busy I really appreciated the quiet privacy we had. Was just an incredible trip. Highly recommend.

My Mom has trouble with mobility and I had read great reviews about how well the guides accommodated for guest in similar situations. Not only was the tour totally catered to what we were able to do and what we wanted to do, our guide, Brian was incredibly knowledgeable about the area we toured. He offered historical information and personal tales about his years living on the island of Maui. He knew the best places to stop, the best route to take, and went out of his way to make sure we got to do and see everything we wanted. We never felt rushed, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that wants to tour Hana or any area of Maui and wants to just enjoy the ride and not stress about where to park, treacherous roads, and unfamiliar tourist. It is worth every penny. The brought all the products we might need to enjoy our day (water, bug spray etc) and the vehicle was comfortable and I felt really safe riding along the roads and enjoying all the views. We were also able to visit the south shore-which I highly recommend. I'll definitely be joining up with this company when I visit Maui again!

We came on a family vacation and had an amazing time. Our tour guide Keanan knew the insider scoop on all the spots on the Road to Hana. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a great driver. We loved how you were able to personalize the trip to what your family wanted to do. The views on the Road to Hana were gorgeous and the waterfalls were so fun to swim in. We also got to see a ā€œlava tube.ā€ Weā€™ve never seen anything like it before. Not a must-see but very cool. Definitely recommend this tour for the Road to Hana!
