Daily 10am-5pm, Thursday 10am-9pm. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

These tickets do not require an advance timed admission reservation. Just show your tickets to our staff when you arrive and we will accommodate you. Once in the museum you are permitted to tour until we close.

All guests will enter the museum from the plaza through a singular entry point. Upon entry our Crew will scan pre-purchased tickets and direct guests to start their self-guided tour downstairs on Level 0.

Face coverings are encouraged but not mandatory for guests. Staff are required to wear facial covering while working inside the museum. Some staff will be wearing “I’m still Social Distancing” stickers, please respect our crew and maintain a safe social distance.

By entering the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, all guests confirm they have NOT:
• Experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours
• Been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed over the last 48 hours with COVID-19
• Been contacted by a public health authority within the last 14 days, due to having been in contact with an individual infected with COVID-19
• Been directed to quarantine by a physician or public health authority
• Tested positive for, or been diagnosed with, COVID-19 within the last 10 days and / or not received clearance from a physician to discontinue isolation

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Get that front row feeling for highlights of 30+ years of induction ceremonies. This epic hall of fame pays homage to our inductees through an immersive concert-quality production and a space for fans to share their own stories. Another milestone being celebrated is 50+ years since the start of Rolling Stone Magazine, the counterculture start up that rose to the top by covering the cross-section of music, politics and pop culture. Amazing! I loved reading about the history of rock and all the artists and listening to the music. You can spend all day their. The gift store is pricey.

We chose this activity when we got snowed/rained out from a second day at nearby Cuyahoga Valley National Park. We found the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame very confusing in terms of knowing how to move through the exhibits on each floor. If you’re a Beatles fan, there’s some cool memorabilia and artifacts in the large Beatles exhibit. Level 0 (one floor beneath the street level entry point) is by far the most interesting with many outfits, instruments, and hand-written lyrics/music sheets by numerous Rock and Roll greats through the years. The actual Hall of Fame display on the 3rd level is interesting, but not overwhelming. We skimmed Levels 5 and 6 - the Legends of Rock and Roll, as we just didn’t find those interesting at all. Okay for a rainy day, but we definitely wouldn’t have spent $30 per person to enter if weather hadn’t forced a change in our plans.

If you are in the Cleveland area for any reason whatsoever, make the time to visit this wonderful homage to music. When paying the $30 a person entrance fee, keep in mind this museum is dedicated to Rock and Roll, not to music in general i.e if you are a classical music buff or into Rap or Hip Hop, you will not be getting your moneys worth. There are endless exhibits containing factual info, real artifacts and interesting tidbits on rock heroes and groups over the last 70 years— we particularly enjoyed the sit down, large group film presentation dedicated to induction into the rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame over the years. There is an area where you get a “hands on“ experience learning to play electric guitar or the drums—good fun. Plenty of bathrooms, small café and a decent gift shop on hand with all the necessary accommodations for people unable to walk up and down the stairs of the six floor venue.
