Get that front row feeling for highlights of 30+ years of induction ceremonies. This epic hall of fame pays homage to our inductees through an immersive concert-quality production and a space for fans to share their own stories. Another milestone being celebrated is 50+ years since the start of Rolling Stone Magazine, the counterculture start up that rose to the top by covering the cross-section of music, politics and pop culture. Here's a short list of our permanent, featured exhibits that help us show off our collection: • Roots of Rock & Roll • The Beat Goes On: an interactive exhibit to show who influenced your fav band • Elvis • Legends of Rock: featuring Guns N' Roses, David Bowie, the Supremes, Metallica, Michael Jackson, Parliament Funkadelic and many more • Cities and Sounds: Motown, Psychedelic, Punk, Grunge... The unmistakable styles that put cities across the country and across the pond on the musical map. • The Beatles • The Rolling Stones • Jimi Hendrix

My wife and I visited today. We intended on staying a couple of hours. We stayed for five and could have spent five more. We weren’t disappointed. Everything was amazing and worth seeing. The Dick Clark and Beatles videos were wonderful. I overheard several younger visitors wondering who the great Gospel, R&B, Blues, Country, and Bluegrass artists of the past were and in what ways did they influence so many musical legends. Maybe a better bridge could be presented. However, the whole experience was incredible.

I always wanted to go here, and I am very glad we came. My first impression when seeing the building, and going through the downstairs, was that it was a bit underwhelming. I don't know if I built it up to be more that it was in my mind, or If i was disappointing they didn't do more with the place. That said, if you have it on your bucket list, definitely go. There were a lot of awesome items and historical pieces collected here. It is clearly the largest collection of Rock and Roll Memorabilia I have ever seen. They have made it an interactive tour through as well. There are even places for the musically gifted to jam with real instruments and other people. I am giving it an Average rating because it was just that for me. You may feel differently but most times when you go to a museum, its got some great things to see, and the rest of it is a giant money grab. This was not exception. HELPFUL HINT: The cost to go in is 26.00 a person, there are coupons online, on Groupon, and also in brochures around the city and at hotels that could save you some cash. FOR BIKERS: there is free Parking for Motorcycles off of Erieside Ave, to the Left of the building when looking straight at it. BIGGER HINT: if you are going with a Group of people, say 6 or 8 or more, Ask about the Memberships. We had 8 people, Bought a membership and package for $140.00, which gave us passes or discounts so that instead of paying $26.00 x 8 People = $220.48 including TAX, we only paid 148.40, saving us -72.08 for our group or working out to only $18.55 a person

We only live an hour south of Cleveland, but’s always fun to come stay for a couple days and do something new! It was really cool to reminisce about different times of our life through the memory of music! Every time you turn a corner and think you are near the end, there is another turn that takes you to something new to see until you’ve reached I think 5 levels with exhibits. I especially liked re-living the “real” MTV room! “Real” because that was when MTV really was nothing but music videos! ....before teen moms and the real world....it was real music! Thanks for the memories! And the area with local hits like DEVO, Marilyn Manson, The Black Eyed Peas, Michael Stanley....& quite a few I didn’t even realize were local! Very cool. Great afternoon!
