This epic hall of fame pays homage to our inductees through an immersive concert-quality production and a space for fans to share their own stories. Another milestone being celebrated is 50+ years since the start of Rolling Stone Magazine, the counterculture start up that rose to the top by covering the cross-section of music, politics and pop culture. Here's a short list of our permanent, featured exhibits that help us show off our collection: • Roots of Rock & Roll • The Beat Goes On: an interactive exhibit to show who influenced your fav band • Elvis • Legends of Rock: featuring Guns N' Roses, David Bowie, the Supremes, Metallica, Michael Jackson, Parliament Funkadelic and many more • Cities and Sounds: Motown, Psychedelic, Punk, Grunge... The unmistakable styles that put cities across the country and across the pond on the musical map. • The Beatles • The Rolling Stones • Jimi Hendrix

my wife and i made the side trip to Cleveland just for the R&R hall of fame and are we ever glad we did, we got there right when the doors opened which i would recommend because by noonish its crazy busy, they have everything you can imagine in there from memorabila of pretty much anyone you can think of, i especially like the fact they have pictures of the artists wearing the clothes being on display, there is a couple theaters, a huge gift store and you can even get a lesson and learn how to play an instument if you choose, all of the staff we encountered were very polite and kind, my only negative was the fact they serve Pepsi not Coke...lol...and there wasn't alot of my favorite bands stuff (CCR) and when i asked about that the staff member told me they have 7 floors worth of stuff and only 4 floors to put it on so its impossible to have everything out at one time...fair enough... it took us a little more than 3 hours from start to finish but only seemed like an hour because it was so interesting

We love music (who doesn't) and currently attend many live rock concerts, especially since we are retired and they are still playing. I am so glad to have voted for my favorite bands and see that they actually are members now. The interactive videos and music selections were beyond what you might think you're going to get. I was pleasantly surprised. The parking was only a few steps away and they had food and restrooms throughout the building. This is a 'come and go' all day pass too, but we just spent about 3 hrs. there. Highly recommend for all ages, but the 55+ over is a must see since our generation has experienced all of these wonderful archives first-hand.

The Hall was celebrating the 50th anniversary of Woodstock for the entrance but also celebrated the origins of the music from C&W to R&B into the history of the amazing music. I could have spent an entire day there.
