Get that front row feeling for highlights of 30+ years of induction ceremonies. This epic hall of fame pays homage to our inductees through an immersive concert-quality production and a space for fans to share their own stories. Another milestone being celebrated is 50+ years since the start of Rolling Stone Magazine, the counterculture start up that rose to the top by covering the cross-section of music, politics and pop culture. Here's a short list of our permanent, featured exhibits that help us show off our collection: • Roots of Rock & Roll • The Beat Goes On: an interactive exhibit to show who influenced your fav band • Elvis • Legends of Rock: featuring Guns N' Roses, David Bowie, the Supremes, Metallica, Michael Jackson, Parliament Funkadelic and many more • Cities and Sounds: Motown, Psychedelic, Punk, Grunge... The unmistakable styles that put cities across the country and across the pond on the musical map. • The Beatles • The Rolling Stones • Jimi Hendrix

My opinion, the layout of all the groups was poorly done. There were musicians who shouldn’t have even been there and should have more emphasis on those who have risen/ still rocking, and touring after 50 years. “ The Wall”, should’ve been an experience to make a guest stare in awe. And greatly disappointed with whom has been nominated and some who deserve to be there and are not. So much to comment about. It was a great day to spend time with my wife and family friend.

This was a bucket list item and I made a detour to Cleveland on my road trip pretty much just to come here. Found the parking structure just fine. Honestly, the exhibits were exhausting. So much to look at. Lots of neat artifacts, but I barely stopped to watch any videos. I was disappointed that so many people who haven't actually been honored as inductees in the Hall of Fame had exhibits while musicians who did have that honor had nothing displayed at all. I would have preferred less newbies and rap nonsense. Pandering to fans of popular new artists instead of actually honoring the greats? Not cool. It made me uncomfortable that the place was packed even though Covid is not over. Also, I'm usually not too bad with heights, but the escalators in the middle of the hall made me very anxious. There is an elevator at the back for the disabled or scaredycats like me. The crowds and the escalator made me rush through the building more than I probably should have. They say you can take photos, but very few of mine turned out. The entire place was dark and no flash was allowed. Compound that with everything behind glass and the glare from video screens or reflections of others ruining the photos. Bought a lot at the gift shop. Sadly not a lot of plus size items and not all artists who have been inducted were represented here either. Got a bunch of pens as souvenirs for friends. They had a pretty good selection of books. Wanted to send my mom a postcard from here, but the postcards they had were mostly just artists rather than of the building. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful.
