As this tour involves some hiking, moderate to above-average physical condition is recommended
Maximum weight limit is 245lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers exceeding this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded.
Minimum age is 5 (no minimum weight or height requirement as long as they are 5 years old)
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No unattended minors are allowed on the zipline course. Ages 5-13 must have a paying zipline parent or guardian ziplining with them. Ages 14-17 the parent or guardian does not have to zipline but must be present on the course spectating. Cost to spectate is $15/pp.

My sister and I had never been on a Zipline before and decided to try while she was visiting. I was quite nervous but the guides were very friendly and helpful and I knew that they had me in good hands. Once we got to the practice line and then up to the first zip I was wondering what I had got myself in to. But they clearly communicated every step of the way. We had a little rain and snow and a little more hiking than I had expected but it was all worth it. I would definitely recommend this adventure and I hope to be back to try again sometime. Thanks

We debated spending the money on this but it was totally worth it. The views were beautiful and the zip lining courses were awesome. Our tour guides, Nathan, Boone, Chris, and Cooper were great and so funny, made the experience even better. #orlandolovesboone

The zipline experience was absolutely wonderful. From the time we checked in tell after the zip and sip everything was amazing. Very kind staff, knowledgeable and willing to help and answer any questions we had.
