As this tour involves some hiking, moderate to above-average physical condition is recommended
Maximum weight limit is 245lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers exceeding this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded.
Minimum age is 5 (no minimum weight or height requirement as long as they are 5 years old)
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No unattended minors are allowed on the zipline course. Ages 5-13 must have a paying zipline parent or guardian ziplining with them. Ages 14-17 the parent or guardian does not have to zipline but must be present on the course spectating. Cost to spectate is $15/pp.

Hand sanitiser available to travellers and staff

Guides required to regularly wash hands

I've been ziplining before and this experience was no comparison. I was incredibly impressed by how well trained the staff was. There were 3 guides on our tour of 13 people and I never felt safer flying through the air. Great job guys!

I had never ziplined before and was somewhat anxious about the experience. The team was so professional and it was very clear that safety was their number one priority. They gave us a practice session which was incredibly helpful to set the stage for what was to come. The actual ziplining exceeded all my expectations..... beautiful surroundings --soaring through evergreens at 45-60 mph...... do not miss this experience.

Loved the zip lines! Amazing views and our guides - Nathan & Pulse were great! the high altitudes make hiking a little hard, but Nathan was so understanding
