As this tour involves some hiking, moderate to above-average physical condition is recommended
Maximum weight limit is 245lbs** (strictly enforced; everyone is weighed in on a mechanically calibrated scale(doctor's scale) BEFORE the adventure. Customers exceeding this weight limit WILL NOT be refunded.
Minimum age is 5 (no minimum weight or height requirement as long as they are 5 years old)
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
Children 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No unattended minors are allowed on the zipline course. Ages 5-13 must have a paying zipline parent or guardian ziplining with them. Ages 14-17 the parent or guardian does not have to zipline but must be present on the course spectating. Cost to spectate is $15/pp.

The guides were just enjoyable to be with. They made the tour a fun and memorable experience. We did the 6 Zipline tour and went toward the end of October and the weather was perfect. Instructions were clear and concise. Just keep in mind, that if you have a time in mind, it isn't guaranteed. My friend and I wanted to visit a museum in the morning before the Zipline which was the 3:30pm slot. However it would be only me and my friend on this time slot resulting in not enough people. So they forwarded us to the 1pm slot.

Fantastic experience! This was our first time zip lining and it was a blast! Beautiful views, long distance, variable speed. We felt in control and very safe. Our guides were awesome, helpful, fun, and knowledgeable. Be sure to get the GoPro + Picture package!

Great experience ziplining. The employees were awesome and made it a very enjoyable time! From coming out of state and this place feeling like home, says a lot.
