The ride was fun until the woman behind me wasn't paying attention and neglected to use her brake. She slammed into me. Very distressing for the rest of the ride. Be careful who is following you down the hill.

Very poor customer service. Be careful in negotiating prices with them. I inquired about day pass prices and time that day passes are valid. The ticket counter attendant could not and did not state or explain Day tickets. I repeated what I thought she said as a question then given another answer. I repeated again and then another different answer followed. The manager was in the booth but offered no help to clarify. I left and will never return. Fortunately , Pigeon Forge area has many Mountain Coaster operators which operate in a very honest customer oriented manner.

Really longer than it looks! There are 4 hills total so it’s not like you go up and come down and done. This was our first time mountain coaster and it was a lot of fun, my son wanted to go back next day.
