I took the kids (22, 18 & 11) here for a night ride - amazing weather that night, wonderful atmosphere on the ride & worth the wait! We all loved it so much we did it again the next day, despite the drizzle. Husband rode this time too and he enjoyed it as much as we did. Before we rode, the staff was very attentive to the weather & if it was safe to run. Offered weather shields to us - 3 of us did not have them, 2 did - experience was great either way. It is a long ride and you can control the speed by applying brakes if it gets going too fast for your comfort. There were a few times I had to wait for distance between another rider, but no big deal because there was plenty to look at & take in. This mountain coaster will be hard to top if we try others when in the area again!

We did 4 different alpine coasters in the are while there on vacation and Rocky Top was easily voted our family favorite! It was the longest track and so fun! Up and Down a few times throughout the ride, tunnels, lots of fun/funny things around the track to entertain you while you ride. Well worth the time and money to give it a try!

I rode this coaster recently with my daughter. This coaster was well worth the money. We rode it twice in one day. It’s 9 minutes long. It doesn’t look like a long coaster from the road, but after you get pulled up the first hill, you see the “big picture”. I will definitely do this again on my next trip.
