Wow, what an experience! I was lucky to have had the opportunity to visit and experience this place - I have a lot to say. First, the ride itself was fantastic, especially at night; the entire coaster, along with sections of the mountain, are all lit with lights that change color. The ride was very smooth, and I felt very safe. Most rides end quick, but this one lasts an exciting 10 minutes! It is the longest coaster in all of East Tennessee! Second, the employees were awesome, the customers were all happy, and the employees were treated very well by management. I had the opportunity to meet and chat with Klaus, the manager there - a genuinely cool, smart dude. I also had the privilege of meeting Blair, the owner of the place - a very kind, generous, and respectable man. I'd it's because of these two gentlemen that this place is running so well. Can't wait to get back!

Everyone in our family enjoyed this coaster. The way it is designed, it’s like you get 4 different coaster experiences in one. Highly recommend.

My best friend and I brought our two 11 year olds here this week and loved it! We wanted to do at least 1 mountain coaster while in the Smokies and were not disappointed by our choice! Rocky Top is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle and huge crowds in the main tourist areas of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We walked up, bought our tickets and hopped right on with no wait! The ride is long enough that I felt we got a great value for the price of our ticket. We were able to come right back and purchase a re-ride ticket to go a second time! Staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that they were cleaning each car as you got off and trying to maintain social distancing.
