Rafting trips on the Rogue River depart eight times per day from Phoenix, Oregon. These trips offer the closest whitewater rafting to the Rogue River Valley and feature a steady progression from easy to larger rapids. My 3 kids (18, 17 and 13) and I joined Aaron, our guide, for a half day rafting in the Rogue river. The rafting was great, we had a lot of fun. Not too long, mostly calm water with chances to swim in the water (a little cold, mind you) and 3 exciting rapids, which were handled beautifully by Aaron (with some help from us :)). We had a lot of fun, Aaron was great, friendly and knowledgeable. We saw deers (and Bambi), turtles, lots of birds, and even a bald eagle. And their excellent photographer took lovely photos of us triumphing one of the rapids (which we later downloaded online for free). Highly recommended!

This was my first time rafting and it was a great experience. Our guide, Will, and driver, Darbie, were both awesome and we felt in great hands the whole time. The river itself was nice and mild for a big part of the trip which was nice, as it provided opportunity to hop in the water and swim along which was nice. There were some baby rapids as well as some bigger ones at the end, all of which were perfectly handled and guided through by Will. Definitely looking forward to getting out there again for the full day Klamath excursion - ready for some big rapids now :)

As an impromptu girls trip we decided to go on some adventures, Will was a wonderful and very entertaining as a guide. We are already planning our next trip. Also Heather their photographer was able to get some really great photos of our experience, something we'll treasure for years to come ❤ 🚣‍♀️
