What To Expect

Fort Hays Old West Town and Dinner Show

Experience the best entertainment package in the Black Hills! Come on out to Fort Hays Chuckwagon and pick up your tickets. You will receive a wrist band for the one of a kind Roller Coaster - Buffalo Hunt - along with tickets for the chuckwagon supper and show. Wristband is good for all day, check in for Supper between 4:30-5pm. Buffalo Hunt Coaster - This one of a kind coaster will be a ride you will never forget. Sit in your seat on the coaster and pick up your six shooter and get ready for a thrilling ride over a herd of over 20 buffalo with over 40 targets attached to them. Hit as many targets and you can and see if you can get the high score for the day. Supper and Show - Enjoy a traditional chuckwagon meal and then sit back and enjoy the Branson style variety music show by the Fort Hays Wranglers. These hall of fame musicians will have you tappin' your toes and singing along with songs you love! Buffalo Hunt Coaster is open all day - Supper is served at 6:30pm sharp!

If you want a good laugh go on the roller coaster Buffalo hunt! The old west town that is set up is very cute. They also have demonstrations on rope making and how the blacksmith makes the tin plates. I found it all very interesting. The show was such a pleasant surprise! The band was fantastic and the food was good. We had a fun entertaining night and I would absolutely go back.

My husband and 7 year old son went buffalo hunting before our dinner and show! Thankful I got the the unlimited rides as they went multiple times and had a thrill of a good time
