SEATING: If you are a twosome, please be advised you may be seated with another couple at a table for four. If you know another party you would like to be seated with, please note it in your reservation. Private tables are available only by request and only on the Main Deck of the vessel.
Maximum capacity is 130 passengers (boat fits up to 300)
Tour operator reserves the right to substitute vessels, routes and destinations based on vessel operations, weather and sea conditions without notice
Due to new Homeland Security Procedures all passengers may be subject to a random search of their personal effects (including carry ons) and all passengers must be able to provide identification upon the request of vessel personnel as proof of his/her identity. Due to these changes it is imperative that each guest have a valid ID with them at all times
Gratuity will be collected at checkin for parties of 8 or more. $15.00 per person
Boarding closes and begins 10 minutes before departure.
Full refunds are eligible with 24-hr notice. Less than 24-hr notice due to medical circumstances, a doctor visit note may be required for a full refund.
Rebooking fees may be assessed depending on avoidable circumstances.
Motorized Wheelchairs are not accessible on our vessel for gangway crossing.

My husband and I booked this through a Costco tour package and went in with very low expectations. We were blown away. The boat is not fancy, the bathrooms were rough but the staff, crew, food, and experience were great. We we're seated on the port side of the boat which is definitely the good side as you can view the island from your seat and the glare from the sun on the ocean is not as bad. We were staying in West Maui and the weather was rough and rainy but the weather in by the dock in Lahaina was much calmer and warmer. The food started with a bread basket and butter. Then a simple salad with a very tasty fruit dressing. We had ordered the roasted chicken dinner and the cooked carrots we're hands down the best I've ever had. I was impressed with the quality and presentation of the food given that the kitchen was very small and just had one person working in it. The dessert was a cheesecake with strawberry drizzle. It was slightly frozen still but tasted good. We saw an amazing sunset, multiple whales, and to top it all off, after nightfall they shut the lights off on the boat and we had a beautiful return to the harbor stargazing. I've never seen so many stars and it was the highlight of the night.

Overall nice experience. The boat was a bit dated and loud. The food was delicious and for everything you got it was worth it. Seemed a bit long. The music was great...they talk about a dance floor but never saw it or certainly no one was dancing. Considering this was also a whale watching experience we didnt see any whales, which was odd considering we had seen several earlier in the week during snorkeling and random roadside stops. the cruise was nice but like I said seemed a little long and once it was dark there wasnt really anything to do other then look at the lights on the shore and listen to the music.

We were very disappointed in this cruise. We were not notified until we arrived at the port that the Princess was in dry dock. We were put onto a motorized catamaran that is used for snorkeling and fishing. It was totally lacking any ambience. The maui maui was dry. The drinks were premade and not to my liking. I was not asked what I would like. The salad was put down in from of us as soon as we sat down. The sunset had pretty much happened before we got out on the water. I felt as if we were going in a big circle. This was highly recommended by a relative but was not at all what I expected.
