Upon arrival in Las Vegas, we were met by our driver in baggage claim. He was timely, but I had asked for a specific welcome message through the Viator app, and he did not put that on his ipad. He also LOST THE KEYS to the limousine. So we spent a very long time in the airport waiting for him to find his keys! It was very frustrating after spending so much money on booking the limousine. We were celebrating a bachelor party and ended up waiting outside of the airport for over 30 mins while he tried to figure out another driver & limo.
He finally found his keys and we got in the limo, and the limo felt very old and outdated.
Our pick-up driver on the day of our departure was very prompt and timely. Although this limousine also seemed old, outdated, and a little beat up.
I did not like the Viator app at all, it was not very easy to access all my booking information. Although customer support was helpful each time I called & messaged.
Overall, it was not worth the $350.00 I paid for the service, and will likely look elsewhere next time I need a service like this.
