My initial shuttle trip was cancelled by Viator because my credit card had changed and the one I used for the booking no longer worked. Instead of contacting me when the card failed to process, Viator canceled my trip. I had to rebook in a hurry at a much higher price.

Very pleasant staff, clean vehicle. However, we were told we would be met at the baggage claim, and we were not. If I had not printed out the information with our ticket, I wouldn’t have had the local phone number, and we would have been stranded. Once I called, our ride arrived in about 10 minutes. This was a nerve wracking experience after eleven hours of flights.
