Ruby's Horseback Adventures Utah 1.5 Hour Ride

Overview
Rides are available for all ages and skill levels from beginner to expert. Our horseback tours wind through some of the most beautiful scenery that southern Utah has to offer. Come explore trails taken by old west outlaws and enjoy a rare chance to see remnants of ancient Native Americans. Some trails are more rugged than others so for safety reasons we require that children must be at least 7 years old to participate.

The Staff was very nice and the horses were gentle and super sweet to pet and talk to. I loved my horse Buddy, he was awesome. The event was well organize, the ride went through the woods to a rim of the canyon which was fun. I really appreciate the staff taking the time to take our pictures on the horse when we got to the canyon rim. It was raining so it wasn’t as enjoyable but I still had a good time. I think it would have been a little better if we got to ride in the canyons but maybe another time.

The ride to the rim through the forest was pleasant. The horses were gentle and the scenery was fantastic. Each of the the staff members from the ticket office to the corral were professional and fun. When we asked about the weather when we bought the tickets, the woman declined to predict it, but said they will not ride if there is lightning. Denny checked us in for the 3:30 pm ride. He had good information wrapped around funny stories. Nate assigned us our horses with help from a young woman with a great smile. Our guide was Andon (sp?). He was very patient with us city slickers. He brought us back a tad early when we spotted lightning a few miles off.
