We rented RVA TukTuks to transport our small wedding party to various locations around downtown. The entire experience could not have been easier, from the booking to the final drop off, they were easy and friendly to work with, and the open-air “tour” of downtown was an experience I will never forget!

Super fun brewery tour! We only got 2h, but easily could have done 3. Everyone honks and waves. I'll always bring out of town guests on this tour. Thanks!

First the good. Seeing Richmond via a TukTuk is great, you see sights that would be hard to see via car, so much more enjoyable to see. However wish there were more time at stops & more money for longer. Guide was a lovely person & sweet & fine for a general overview but I expected more & did not seem as knowledgeable as I think she could've been. My friends who have lived there for 8 years knew more in many cases. Biggest issue was we had a hard time hearing when moving. A microphone would be a good addition! We also asked the music be turned off because of the hard time hearing & it was but later got turned back on again, that shows lack of customer service. We forgot to get a picture of us all in the TukTuk & I would think for your marketing your people should be asking if you want a picture. I would have put it on social media. Our gentleman on the tour would have given her a 5, us ladies just a 3. Nice young lady but could give a lot more with just a little more effort.

Thanks for the feedback. The City Tour is a good sightseeing tour. If you are interested in more history you might try the Civil War, Slavery, & Emancipation tour.
