Unfortunately, the tour guide did not have a wealth of information. Case in point we drove through the Civil War cemetery and he shared with us very little. His appearance was a bit disheveled including his hair not combed and his clothing not professional. He took us to some wonderful spots but the back seat could not hear him very well. He did not short change us on time and we did tip him. I cannot recommend him as a tour guide.

This guide usually gets great reviews. This is not a historical tour. If you want a more historical tour, I would suggest doing the Civil War, Slavery, and Emancipation tour.

The tour guide was nice but did not know anything about Richmond. We were driven to many different places and parts of the Richmond area and he was only able to share the name of the place, but no history behind it. Definitely not worth the money. Wish we would have just driven ourselves around and saved $170.

I’m sorry you didn’t get what you expected. This guide normally gets great reviews. This is a City Tour, not a historic tour. This tour provides a good overview of the city. If you are interested in a history tour you should check out our Civil War, Slavery, and Emancipation tour or the Poe’s Richmond tour.

Our family had an awesome time TukTuking around Richmond on the bakery tour! It was tons of fun to see the city from that perspectives and our driver did a wonderful job of parking us close to all of the bakeries! She was able to give us a little nugget of knowledge about each bakery which added to the overall experience! Looking forward to our next TukTuk adventure - tacky light tour maybe???
