We had such high hopes for this tour. Our previous Viator tours over the years have been quite good. Our tour guide did not do any narration. She just drove the tuk tuk around and said "You can get out here." She couldn't answer any questions -- just said "I don't really know." Such a disappointment. We were so looking forward to hearing stories about the history of Richmond and to being shown some things we wouldn't necessarily see just by driving around the main streets. I was completely disappointed in this experience -- and it was expensive!

I’m sorry. This was a new driver/guide. She obviously needs some more training. We will definitely make sure she is better prepared for her tours.
