Overview

Unlike any walking tour in Salem, the Forest Lore Tour takes you outside the heart of downtown and into one of the few remaining wild places in the area, where you learn from a practicing Witch, what it means to experience real magic, why nature is so important, and how to incorporate ancient knowledge into modern life.

Wear your hiking boots and bring your curiosity! This is a one-mile, guided hike that takes to you the crossroads of science, history, and philosophy in Salem Woods. Rain or shine, but we can't operate in snow due to trail conditions.

This was a perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown. Our guide was so sweet and knowledgeable. She clearly is not “just a guide”. She knows her stuff and shared her knowledge. I left the forest so refreshed and relaxed at the same time. This was one of my favorite parts of my trip to Salem for my 45th birthday. I picked this forest lore walk as gift to myself and spending my actual day of birth in the forest did not disappoint!! I highly recommend this if you want to connect with the forest and learn some cool new things. PS, this forest is stunning!

Euni was really knowledgeable and shared a lot of passion and love and humour when speaking about the plants! Would recommend to folks of wanting to learn more about plant and land-based magick/spirituality and take a nice walk in the forest outside the touristy parts of downtown Salem. I thought it was a really nice touch that Euni provided everyone with a crystal and sticker.
