Unlike any walking tour in Salem, the Forest Lore Tour takes you outside the heart of downtown and into one of the few remaining wild places in the area, where you learn from a practicing Witch, what it means to experience real magic, why nature is so important, and how to incorporate ancient knowledge into modern life.

Wear your hiking boots and bring your curiosity! This is a one-mile, guided hike that takes to you the crossroads of science, history, and philosophy in Salem Woods. Rain or shine, but we can't operate in snow due to trail conditions.

The was a great tour. It was a great mix of nature and information. Uni was very knowledgeable. My daughter and I really loved the experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! We think she deserves bonus stars! Uni, our guide, was warm and welcoming. The tour itself was darling, the forest enchanting. Our guide was knowledgable and able to answer all our questions and reference us to great sources. It is a mixture of local history and forest lore and wisdom. A beautiful walk through ways long past.
