Unlike any walking tour in Salem, the Forest Lore Tour takes you outside the heart of downtown and into one of the few remaining wild places in the area, where you learn from a practicing Witch, what it means to experience real magic, why nature is so important, and how to incorporate ancient knowledge into modern life.

Wear your hiking boots and bring your curiosity! This is a one-mile, guided hike that takes to you the crossroads of science, history, and philosophy in Salem Woods. Rain or shine, but we can't operate in snow due to trail conditions.

We had an amazing time in the woods learning about witchcraft and nature! Our tour guide, Eunie, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I loved the way she explained magic and how it ties in with modern science, plus she had an abundance of information to share about various herbs and fungi. She even gave us each a piece of clear quartz to charge during our walk! And of course, the trail we walked was beautiful. Definitely wear hiking boots on this walk, especially after it rains - there were a few steep inclines, some slippery rocky terrain and muddy areas. Everyone, including our guide, wore masks throughout the entire tour and water bottles were provided. Thank you so much for the magical time 🌿✨

Great knowledge of the mysteries of the forest!!! Shrooms!!! Would highly recommend!!! Wear hiking boots if possible. Fall is a wonderful time of year!!!

Such a knowledgeable guide! Highly enjoyed all her jokes and the pace of the tour. She was able to accommodate a date change for us the week before Halloween as well! Excellent customer service!
