Quick way to get to Salem if you dont want to drive or dont have a car. They also offer water taxi and shuttle services during certain times of the year. Staff give a brief tour of the Harbor and history related to the Harbor while on the cruise. Alcohol, light snacks, and drinks are provided. Optional views depending on what you want such as being inside or outside. Boat is in good condition. Leaves promptly on time.

Had a great trip. It was a beautiful day. Crew was awesome, boat was clean. I recommend it. We also took a trolley tour of Salem when we arrived and it was great also.

I booked this in the UK to go to Salem with my daughter on 28 October. Arrived to find the ferry had been cancelled. I have not received a refund and the button the website says you need to click on to request a refund just does not exist. Ferry may well be great, I wouldn't know but DO NOT BOOK IN ADVANCE THROUGH TRIP ADVISOR'S VIATOR.
